The Visa Application Centre cannot be responsible for the outcome of the visa application.

Applicants can avail the photocopy service at the Visa Application Centre.

For a more personalized service at the center, you can purchase access to our Premium Lounge. You can also purchase this service during your visit to our at any given time, simply by informing a staff member.

This service includes:

2. Dedicated Premium lounge area for comfor
3. Dedicated staff to attend the applicant

This service does not guarantee the right to obtain a visa, nor faster processing of your visa application by the Mission. Using the Premium Lounge service does not guarantee the success of your visa application or affect the service standard.
